The overwhelming majority of your employees are motivated for success and want to do well and progress in their jobs. But regardless of an individual's motivation and job skills, the quality of his or her performance is largely based on how well they communicate. Effective communications make the difference between ultimate success and failure. 

This course focuses on improving communication skills to assist in effective problem resolution and taking personal responsibility. Participants learn about active listening, understanding verbal and non-verbal communication cues, and how to apply those concepts to improving their own communications. Participants discuss the meaning of "effective communications," and the relationship between quality communication and leadership. They also work through interactive exercises to help them create personal visions for themselves as leaders with responsibility for the quality of their interactions with others.
